The challenge
Towards the end of our common university years, many of our fellow students had to struggle with the challenges of career entry. This led to failures, emotional stress and, for some of them, to resignation. We quickly realized that we could support them with the knowledge we had learned: We used questioning techniques from psychotherapy and coaching as well as concepts from various sub-disciplines of psychology to help. This benefited our fellow students and their employers.
Since then, our goal has been to work together with companies to support academic young professionals in their career entry – flexibly and cost-effectively as well as target-group oriented for the “Generations Y & Z”.
